| Booking | UK average | Typical range |
|---|---|---|
| Wedding videographer | £1,514 | £500 to £2,500 |

What we charge
Our films start from £2,000, our photography from £2,000, and the two together from £3,500, all including VAT. That is above the UK averages, and this is what goes into it:
- Documentary coverage, from the preparations to the first dance
- The ceremony and the speeches in full, recorded on dedicated audio recorders as well as the cameras
- A DJI Ronin 4D and a Sony A7R V for film, and Canon R5 bodies for stills
- A licensed drone, flown where the venue and the airspace allow
- Everything edited in house
Booking film and photography together starts £500 lower than booking the two separately at the starting prices. Packages and prices has what each one includes.
For weddings from 20 September 2026 to 1 March 2027 there is also our Autumn/Winter 26 offer, from £1,500 including VAT: a hybrid photographer and videographer plus an assistant for the core of your day, from the preparations to an hour after the ceremony, with a 2 to 3 minute highlight film, your ceremony in full and 30 edited photographs.
What moves the price
Every wedding is priced to the day, and three things decide it:
- The date
- The venue, and the travel to it, which is written into the quote
- The hours you want covered
Tell us those and we will send you a quote. If you want film and photography, say so, because booking both together starts lower than booking them separately.
When to book
Bridebook says popular videographers fill up fast, and that for a summer Saturday, 18 months ahead is realistic. For photographers, it puts summer Saturdays at 18 to 24 months ahead for the popular ones, and says 6 to 9 months is usually enough for off-peak dates. The quickest way to know where you stand is to tell us your date, and we will tell you whether we are free.
Is a wedding videographer worth it?
Only you can decide that. What a film gives you that photographs cannot is the sound and the movement of the day: your vows and the speeches as they were said, in full. If you are unsure, watch a whole film before you decide.

Tell us the date and the venue.
That is enough for us to say yes or no. If we are free we will send you a full film to watch end to end, not a thirty second cut.
